The triennium has recorded tremendous strides in growth and development of Scouting in the Africa Region. With the passing of the triennium plan 2015- 2018 at the 16th Africa Scout conference held in Kampala, Uganda, the strategic priority areas spelt out in the plan have served as an anchor to our activities and interventions. This report is structured based on the different priority areas as outlined in the triennium plan namely: Innovating Scouting, Reaching Out to all, Communication and External Relations and Governance and NSOs support. It gives the key highlights, the NSOs supported under the priority area, a high impact story and a financial statement.

La période triennale a enregistré d’énormes progrès dans la croissance et le développement du Scoutisme dans la Région Afrique. Avec l’adoption du plantriennal 2015-2018 durant la 16e Conférence Africaine du Scoutisme qui s’est tenue à Kampala, en Ouganda, les domaines prioritaires stratégiques énoncées dans le plan ont servi comme point d’ancrage pour nos activités et interventions Ce rapport est structuré selon les différents domaines prioritaires énoncés dans le plan triennal, à savoir: L’Innovation du Scoutisme, Ouverture à tous, Communication et relations extérieures, et Gouvernance et soutien aux OSN. Il présente les points saillants, les OSN soutenus dans le domaine prioritaire, une histoire à grande incidence ainsi qu’un bilan financier.
