Youth Involvement at World and Regional Levels Reports
At the 39th World Scout Conference in Brazil (2011), resolution 2011-08 recognised the involvement of young people in decision-making as a key part of the Scout Method. It requested for a report to be developed on Youth Involvement within the structure of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) in order for progress and achievements to be measured.
These reports compile data from regional and world levels of WOSM to measure and demonstrate the progress made per triennium towards achieving a better representation of young people under the age of 30 within the organisation.
