2nd World Scout Education Congress Report

The purpose of the conflict of interest policy is to prevent the institutional or personal interests of the World Scout Committee members of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) from interfering with the performance of their duties and to see that there is no personal, professional, or political gain at the expense of WOSM.

The World Scout Committee has established the definition, the scope of consultation and action, as well as the criteria, the rights and obligations, and the procedures, which allow it to grant consultative status to those organisations qualified to receive it.

This Terms of Reference is for the standing committees of the World Scout Committee, including the Audit, Finance, Ethics, Constitutions, Honours and Awards and Steering Committees. It outlines their duties, guidance for their work and term of mandate.
