The World Triennial Plan 2021-2024 is centred around the theme of “Recovery. Sustainability. Impact.” The objectives of the plan aim to unite the Scout Movement as we respond to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and look to the future to offer relevant educational opportunities for young people around the world. In this final triennium on the way to achieving Vision 2023, some of the plan’s key objectives include stronger compliance in child and youth safeguarding, addressing the global climate crisis, widening our influence by working closely with partners, and strengthening youth engagement at all levels of Scouting. Throughout the publication, guidance is provided to inspire NSOs about how to incorporate these objectives into their own plans and what support World Scouting will offer in the years to come.

Le Plan triennal 2021-2024 a pour thèmes « Reprise. Durabilité. Impact. ». Les objectifs de ce plan visent à rallier le Mouvement Scout tandis que nous faisons face à l’impact de la pandémie de COVID-19 et que nous portons notre regard vers l’avenir où nous voulons offrir des opportunités d’apprentissage aux jeunes des quatre coins du monde. Pour cette dernière période triennale de la Vision 2023, nous retrouvons parmi les objectifs clés du plan : davantage de conformité en matière de protection des enfants et des jeunes, la lutte contre la crise climatique, l’augmentation de notre influence à l’aide de partenariats et l’amélioration de la participation des jeunes à tous les niveaux du Scoutisme. Dans le document, les OSN trouverons des informations sur la façon d’intégrer ces objectifs à leurs propres plans et sur le support qu’offrira le Scoutisme Mondial dans les années à venir.

El Plan Trienal Mundial 2021-2024 se centra en el tema de “Recuperación. Sostenibilidad. Impacto." Los objetivos del plan apuntan a unir al Movimiento Scout mientras respondemos al impacto de la pandemia de COVID-19 y miramos hacia el futuro para ofrecer oportunidades educativas relevantes para los jóvenes de todo el mundo. En este trienio final en el camino hacia el logro de la Visión 2023, algunos de los objetivos clave del plan incluyen un mayor cumplimiento en la protección de niños y jóvenes, abordar la crisis climática global, ampliar nuestra influencia trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los socios y fortalecer la participación de los jóvenes en todos los niveles de Exploración. A lo largo de la publicación, se proporciona orientación para inspirar a las OSN sobre cómo incorporar estos objetivos en sus propios planes y qué apoyo ofrecerá el Movimiento Scout Mundial en los próximos años.

Цели плана направлены на объединение Скаутского движения, поскольку мы реагируем на последствия пандемии COVID-19, и смотрим в будущее, чтобы предложить соответствующие возможности для получения образования молодым людям во всем мире. В этом последнем трехлетнем периоде на пути к достижению «Видения 2023» некоторые из ключевых целей плана включают более строгое соблюдение мер по защите детей и молодежи, решение проблемы глобального климатического кризиса, расширение нашего влияния путем тесного сотрудничества с партнерами и усиление участия молодежи на всех уровнях Скаутинг.
