Regional Plan 2022-2025: Reconnect, Reunite, Recover is everyone’s responsibility. The Interamerican Scout Committee is closely monitoring the progress of each Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and the Interamerica Support Centre is implementing actions, initiatives, and tools to facilitate the achievement of the KPIs. National Scout Organizations (NSOs), by providing data and periodic evaluations of their progress and performance, enable a precise measurement of
the plan’s impact and identification of areas requiring greater attention and support. Moreover, their active participation in generating ideas and initiatives enriches the planning process, ensuring that proposed strategies and actions are realistic and tailored to the specific needs of each national context. Together, the reporting and contribution of National Scout Organizations strengthen accountability and transparency in plan implementation, empowering the Scout Movement to successfully face future challenges and continue contributing to the comprehensive development of youth and society in the Region. This is an ambitious plan that, with effort, will lead us to improve the quality of the Scout Movement and and take to new horizons the most important Youth Organization in the Americas.
El Plan Regional 2022-2025: Reconectar, Reunir, Recuperar es responsabilidad de todos. El Comité Scout Interamericano está monitoreando de manera frecuente el avance de
cada uno de los KPI y el Centro de Apoyo Interamérica implementa acciones, inicativas y herramientas para facilitar el cumplimiento de los KPI. Las OSN al proporcionar datos y evaluaciones periódicas sobre su progreso y desempeño, permiten una medición precisa del impacto del plan y la identificación de áreas donde se requiere mayor atención y apoyo. Además, su participación activa en la generación de ideas e iniciativas enriquece el proceso de planificación, asegurando que las estrategias y acciones propuestas sean realistas y adaptadas
a las necesidades específicas de cada contexto nacional. En conjunto, el reporte y aporte de las Organizaciones Scouts Nacionales fortalecen la responsabilidad y transparencia en la implementación del plan, empoderando al Movimiento Scout para enfrentar con éxito los desafíos futuros y seguir contribuyendo al desarrollo integral de los jóvenes y la sociedad en la Región. Este es un Plan ambicioso que con esfuerzo nos llevará a mejorar la calidad del Movimiento Scout y así llevar a nuevos horizontes a la organización juvenil más importante de las Américas.
