In our role as Scout Leaders within the Movement, we believe in empowering Arab youth by nurturing their leadership skills. This empowerment is geared towards fostering active participation in decision-making processes through an approach rooted in practical engagement, experiential learning, and structured programme delivery. This initiative, fortified by the guidance and support of adults, is instrumental in cultivating a new generation of capable and driven Young Arab Scout Leaders.

من خلال دورنا كقادة كشفيين داخل الحركة، فإننا نؤمن بأهمية تمكين الشباب العربي من خلال تنمية مهاراتهم القيادية. ويهدف هذا التمكين إلى تعزيز المشاركة النشطة في عمليات صنع القرار من خلال نهج متأصل في المشاركة العملية والتعلم التجريبي وتنفيذ البرامج المنظمة. إن هذه المبادرة، المعززة بتوجيه ودعم الكبار، لها دور فعال في تنشئة جيل جديد من قادة الكشافة العرب الشباب القادرين والمتحمسين.
