The World Scout Bureau's consolidated financial statements for the year ending 30 September 2025 provide an overview of WOSM's financial position and performance.

Reserves protect WOSM against emergencies, unforeseen expenses, or disruptions to income. They are limited resources that are difficult to replace once used and must never be used to substitute for sound budgeting and management. WOSM is entrusted with resources on behalf of its members.

The Investment Policy, adopted by the World Scout Committee, establishes general rules and control processes for the approval, acquisition, divestment, and management of investments within the World Scout Bureau (WSB) at the respective global and regional support centres.

This is the membership census of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. In some countries, the National Scout Organization is larger than indicated in this census as girls and women are members of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS).
