Education in Love in Place of Fear
On 31 July 1922, Robert Baden-Powell left Paris for Geneva, where he took part in the World Organization of the Scout Movement’s inaugural conference, and where he was the keynote speaker at the 3rd International Congress on Moral Education. He expressed in this event his vision for Scouting as an educational movement for peace and love, instead of war and fear.
