Listening Ear Framework
Listening Ears (LE) promotes a culture of trust and support within the scouting community, provides a clear approach to addressing safety and well-being concerns, and ensures that participants have a designated point of contact for seeking help or guidance.
In order to better use this tool you should train designated individuals as listening ears and familiarise them with their roles and responsibilities, and ensure that individuals understand the mechanisms within the framework. Additionally, regularly review and update the framework to incorporate feedback and best practices.
