Growth best practice: Asociación de Scouts del Ecuador

In Ecuador, we developed a standard to enable local Scout groups to assess the quality of the group and improve accordingly. To develop this standard, we went through a collaborative process to answer the question – What is a perfect Scout group? A research and various sessions with a number of people in the organisation were conducted to answer this question. They allowed us to develop a quality standard which now assesses the compliance of local Scout groups with best practices on ten thematic areas. More in the attachment.
