Revised Constitution of the Africa Scout Region approved by the 18th Africa Scout Conference in August 2022

This report provides an update on the delivery of the World Triennial Plan 2021-2024 and our Strategy for Scouting (Vision 2023), which highlights the significant progress we have made in achieving our strategic objectives since the 42nd World Scout Conference.

The Charter encourages the establishment of multilateral partnerships with other Scout associations especially in the same geographical area and calls for active cooperation with entities external to the Scout Movement.
