We encourage you to elaborate a plan to produce your items locally. It should follow these steps:
1. Identify your needs.
Depending on the stage you are at in the development of your local MoP Network you might need different kind of materials.

c. Media resources PPT, Videos, Images, etc.
d. Promotional giveaway items
e. Recognition items

2. Get a brand Use agreement.
Using the Messengers of Peace and Scouts brand logo is a relevant issues because it represents not only the scouts in your country, but scouts all over the world. Your image represents us ALL.
Using our brands correctly is very important to position Scouts Movement in a positive way. For you to use any of the WOSM registered brands in reference documents, giveaway items, promotional material has no cost, as long as it ‘s distributed as a free item. You need a simple agreement with WOSM. If you want to use our brands to produce products for sale, then you need a commercial agreement and a more specific assessment on how to produce locally, keeping quality and ethical practices.

3. Purchase or produce locally.
Either for giveaways or for sale, there’s a variety of items available and a lot of examples and good practices from different NSO’s. Documents, promotional items, media resources, etc., are susceptible of bad exposure of SCOUTS image. Some criteria to decide to purchase or produce might be:
a. Does it presents Scouts and MoP image in the right way?
b. Does quality matches for your NSO and WOSM standards.
c. Is it ethically produced?
d. Is it accessible for my local scouts network (time and cost wise)
