This module explains how we manage volunteers in Scouting, and what kind of support is available for every volunteer on their Scouting journey. You will be able to explore the Adults in Scouting Life Cycle from the volunteer perspective, see what the recruitment process is, learn what kind of training and personal development is available, know what the key motivational factors are, be able to reflect on what your contribution to the movement will be, and recognise your achievements.
