Related Party Transactions Policy

WOSM is committed to upholding the highest ethical and legal conduct in fulfilling its responsibilities and recognizes that related party transactions can present a risk of actual or apparent conflicts of interest of its governance body with its own interest. Therefore, it endeavours to ensure that the transactions are at arm’s length and in the ordinary course of operation.This policy intends to augment and work in conjunction with other policies such as code of conduct, and/or conflict of interest provisions.
