Messengers of Peace Fund – Project Evaluation and Scoring Criteria

This document provides the evaluation framework and scoring criteria used to assess project proposals submitted for funding under the Messengers of Peace (MoP) Fund. It explains how each project is reviewed based on ten preferential criteria—such as impact, sustainability, youth focus, innovation, and visibility—scored on a 0–10 scale, with a minimum of 50 points required for acceptance. The guidance also clarifies where applicants should address each criterion in the application form and ensures alignment with donor expectations and World Scouting’s standards.
