This manual aims to support Member Organizations to draft an appropriate constitution, e.g. by reviewing and amending an existing constitution, in preparing and running an effective General Assembly, and to ensure that it has an effective National Board.
Ce manuel vise à aider les organisations membres à rédiger une constitution appropriée, par ex. en révisant et en modifiant une constitution existante, en préparant et en dirigeant une Assemblée générale efficace et en veillant à ce qu'elle dispose d'un Conseil National efficace.
