Induction Training for Members of National Boards

This document is a structure for an induction training course for members of a National Board of an NSO/NSA. It is designed to be delivered via the WOSM Services by suitably experienced consultants, so an NSO/NSA can ask for a service providing them with the induction training if they wish it to be run for them. Alternatively it offers an orientation for NSO/NSAs to plan their own induction process for their National Boards. It provides an outline of the key areas which members of a National Board will need to understand. It does not set out to provide in-depth knowledge in any of the areas, so each National Board should organise additional more in-depth training as required by its members.
