Strengthening the capacities of NSOs is an integral aspect of achieving Vision 2023. The capacity building cycle is based on the principles of continuous improvement, where NSOs can assess their capacity, prioritize their actions, receive support and monitor your progress.

Themed ‘Growing Together’, the 2017-2020 Triennial Plan outlines the objectives and performance indicators set for each of them, and provides a description of how the World Scout Committee intends to deliver the work needed to achieve them (through the Operational Framework).
