Arab Region Triennial Plan

This is the Team Charter of the European Scout Committee for the Triennium 2025-2028, purpose, accountabilities, team culture and communication that all members have agreed to abide by.

Following joint decisions taken at the first European Scout and Guide Conference in Reykjavik, Iceland, in 1974, Ireland will host the parallel and joint Conferences this year. According to the constitutions of both international organisations, each member country is invited to send delegations to the Conferences.

The 6th European Scout Conference, held at Baden bei Wien on August 27th, 28th, 29th, and 30th, 1970, was held at the Congresshouse by invitation of the Pfadfinder Desterreichs. The Conference was attended by the Chairman and members of the Executive Committee, 81 delegates of 21 member associations (out of a total of 25), and, last but not least, 44 observers.
