Arab Region Triennial Plan

Following joint decisions taken at the first European Scout and Guide Conference in Reykjavik, Iceland, in 1974, Ireland will host the parallel and joint Conferences this year.

The 6th European Scout Conference, held at Baden bei Wien on August 27th, 28th, 29th, and 30th, 1970, was held at the Congresshouse by invitation of the Pfadfinder Desterreichs.

The Conference was attended by the Chairman and members of the Executive Committee, 81 delegates of 21 member associations (out of a total of 25), and, last but not least, 44 observers.

By invitation of the Federation des Eclaireurs Suisses, the 5th European Scout Conference was held in Switzerland,

September 27th-29th, 1968. The main sessions were held at the Swiss Agricultural Technical College, Bern-Zollikofen.
