23rd European Scout Conference - Conference Report

This document records all the decisions made at the 23rd European Scout Conference and serves as the Conference Report. All conference documents, as well as other relevant papers, are available on the conference website. 

The 23rd European Scout Conference was hosted by the Savez izviđača Hrvatske (SIH, the Scout and Guide Association of Croatia), the National Scout Organisation in Croatia. It was held at the University of Split in Split, Croatia. 

The Conference met for six half-day working sessions between 24 and 28 August 2019.
