In a globalised world where local communities are diverse and reflect the mix of world societies, it is increasingly important to understand, respect and value individualsβ differences.
During its recent meeting held from 6 to 8 April 2018 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the World Scout Committee decided to only affect youth members through the sanctions at the very final stage of the suspension process, based on the logic that youth members should not be among the first to be sancti
