Supporting the Adults we Need (euro.scout.doc)

An insight into how to best provide the support needed to adults in Scouting.

Too often, once initial training in completed, adults in Scouting are left without any support in their group. This can lead to problems in the group or between other adults and a lack of enthusiasm or motivation from a Scouter. This Euro.Scout.Doc documents the results of three working groups that worked on how best to tackle the issue and give our Adults in Scouting the support they need.
