This was the Communication Plan developed by the Region at the start of the UAct project and was used as a guide for planning and content development. From key messaging to audience mapping and a calendar, this plan can be taken and adapted by any NSO to their local context.
The U-Report is a social messaging and data collection tool designed by UNICEF. During the UAct project, Scouts were promoting the use of U-Report among Ukrainians as the tool gave them access to helpful and critical information and services.
