The WOSM Code of Conduct acts as guidelines on how members of the WOSM Team are expected to behave with other Scouts, and also when attending non-Scouting events and representing WOSM. This document helps to clarify, in concrete terms, what is expected of each member of the WOSM Team.

This plan has been developed through a participatory process that included: evaluation of the 2015-2018 triennial plan, inputs from NSOs and different stakeholders through an online survey and email exchanges, feedback during NSOs visits , discussions and inputs to the draft plan during zonal con
