Β For any WOSM event, Listening Ears should use this form during or after each encounter they may have. We encourage Listening ears to take notes with a pen and paper during the encounter and complete the online version of the form later.

The Listening Earβs role is to guide and support a Scout in need, whether the Scout is faced with a risk of harm or experiencing discomfort at the event.

As part of implementing the World Triennial Plan 2021-2024 and Conference Resolution 2021-09, a project team was established by the World Scout Committee in September 2022 to review and consider innovations for WOSM events.
