This Terms of Reference is for the position of Treasurer to the World Scout Committee and outlines their duties, guidance for their work and term of mandate.

This policy applies to all volunteers in WOSM structures at the global/world level who need reimbursement for travel expenses. 

The Team Charter is applicable to all 21 World Scout Committee members of the 2024-2027 Triennium: 12 Voting members, Secretary General, Treasurer, World Scout Foundation Representative, and six Regional Chairpersons.
